10. Fraudulent Use & Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the refund policy, share login credentials, bypass payment terms, or consume the full content of a course before requesting a refund is strictly prohibited. YTW LLC reserves the right to disable access to any user account suspected of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

11. Access Suspension

In case of failed split payments or violations of the terms outlined above, your access to the program(s) may be suspended or permanently revoked, without entitlement to any refund unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

1. General Terms

By purchasing any product on https://www.youngtraderwealth.com, you agree to be bound by this refund policy and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not make any purchase on this website.

All content is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Macro Trader Accelerator

a. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The Macro Trader Accelerator comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the program does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

b. Waiving the Guarantee

If you choose to unlock all modules of the program immediately upon purchase, you expressly waive your right to the 14-day refund guarantee. This waiver is in accordance with consumer protection laws concerning digital content fully delivered before the end of the withdrawal period.

c. Transaction Fees

All refunds are subject to a 3.7% processing fee, which corresponds to the fees charged by payment processors.

​

d. Split Payments

If you purchase the program through a split payment plan, you are contractually obligated to complete all payments.
If a scheduled payment fails, it will be retried up to four (4) times. If all attempts fail, your access to the Macro Trader Accelerator and all related services will be suspended until full payment is received.

e. Membership & Renewal

The Macro Trader Accelerator includes one (1) year of full access to:
   •    Member communities
   •    Live sessions
   •    Weekly macroeconomic briefings
   •    Trade ideas and research reports

After 12 months, an automatic renewal of 490€ per year will apply to maintain access.
This subscription can be cancelled at any time before renewal from your customer account or by contacting support.

f. Refund for Renewal

If the renewal is processed and you no longer wish to continue, you have seven (7) calendar days from the charge date to request a full refund (minus 3.7% processing fees).
No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window.

3. Smart Finance Pro

a. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The Smart Finance Pro program also includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

b. Waiving the Guarantee

If you choose to unlock the entire program immediately, you waive your right to request a refund.

​

c. No Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day period (or if the guarantee has been waived), no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

d. Transaction Fees

Refunds issued within the valid period are subject to a 3.7% processing fee.

​

4. Deposits

Any deposit made to secure a spot in a course or to lock in a promotional price is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

5. Abuse & Violations

Clients who attempt to exploit the refund policy by:
   •    consuming large portions of the course content before requesting a refund,
   •    using fake identities or chargeback fraud,
   •    or sharing their login credentials and materials with third parties,

will be immediately banned from all current and future programs, and legal action may be pursued if needed.
